Imagination appoints UK finance director
London-based experience design agency Imagination has appointed Harsharan Travers as UK finance director to strengthen its financial leadership.
Harsharan brings extensive experience in the marketing and communications sector, having held senior finance roles at Ogilvy UK, part of WPP Group, where she progressed to UK group finance director.
She most recently served as global commercial finance director at Avantgarde, gaining further experience across brand experience and experiential marketing.
In her new role, Harsharan will oversee financial operations in the UK, supporting commercial performance and growth across the agency’s client portfolio.
She said: “Imagination has a long-standing reputation for creating powerful brand experiences that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
“I’m excited to join the team at such an important time for the business and the industry.
“I look forward to working closely with colleagues across the UK to support the continued growth of the agency and ensure finance plays a strategic role in enabling creativity and commercial success.”
Mark Chappell, global chief financial officer at Imagination, added: “Harsharan brings an exceptional depth of financial leadership experience from across the agency landscape.
“Her understanding of complex creative businesses and her strong commercial mindset make her a fantastic addition to our UK leadership team.
“As Imagination continues to grow and evolve, her expertise will help ensure we have the financial strength and operational clarity to support our teams and deliver world-class experiences for our clients.”
