One Touch books global growth with Resos deal

A hospitality tech specialist is expanding its international reach through a new partnership aimed at transforming customer service.

Leeds-based One Touch has agreed a strategic partnership with Danish reservation platform Resos, enabling its Millie AI technology to be rolled out to more than 3000 hospitality venues worldwide.

Millie AI acts as a digital receptionist, handling customer calls, managing bookings and responding to enquiries in real time, allowing staff to focus on in-house service.

The deal will see the voice AI system deployed across restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs, including around 1000 locations in the UK.

“By integrating Millie AI with Resos Online Booking System, we are offering an even smoother booking experience for operators and customers alike, which also includes a 50 per cent discount for Resos venues for the first six months.
