Student lettings agency expands with city move
A student lettings agency has put down new roots with a city expansion.
Loc8me has added properties in York to its portfolio.
Officials say services will include tenancy management, maintenance co-ordination, compliance oversight and 24-hour tenant support, with properties overseen by its Leeds office.
Based in Loughborough, Loc8me manages more than 3500 properties and 8000 bedrooms nationally, with its network covering cities including Newcastle, Durham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Hull.
Raffaele Russo, Loc8me founder, said: “York strengthens our northern presence in a meaningful way and is such an important city in the region’s student market.
“Students in York have very clear expectations about where and how they want to live.
“It is a city that values quality, consistency and trust, and that aligns closely with how we’re looking to support students.”
