Bradley Hall appoints group managing director

Property consultancy Bradley Hall, headquartered in Newcastle, has appointed Richard Rafique as group managing director as it continues its national expansion.

Richard, who joined the business in 2014, previously served as managing director for the commercial division and is a major shareholder in the firm.

In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations across the company’s network of offices and growing team of property professionals.

His appointment comes during a period of significant growth, with Bradley Hall expanding its geographical footprint and service offering.

The firm, founded in 1988, now has 12 offices across the UK.
