BSP Consulting appoints three directors
East Midlands-based engineering firm BSP Consulting has promoted Carol Ell, Monika Anszperger and James Payne to director roles as it strengthens its leadership team.
Carol becomes director of civils, bringing extensive experience in drainage and flood risk, while Monika steps into a director role leading the Derby office.
James, who joined the business as an apprentice, takes on a director position with responsibility for IT infrastructure and administration.
Their promotions support BSP Consulting’s continued growth across the region, with long-standing directors Clive Roddick and Tony Goddard stepping back from their roles.
Carl Hilton, managing director at BSP Consulting, said: “Carol, Monika and James have each been with BSP for a number of years and are already well-respected senior leaders within the business.
“They have made significant contributions to the company’s management and effectiveness and have consistently demonstrated strong leadership, professionalism and commitment to our core values and long-term success.
“We’re really pleased they are embracing their new roles and wish them every success in helping to drive the continued growth and success of the business.”
