Furza appoints head of operations
Salford-based recruitment and training specialist Furza has appointed Claire Coulson as head of delivery and operations to support its continued growth.
Claire joins from Pareto, bringing eight years’ experience in early-career sales recruitment across the UK and Europe.
In her new role, she will oversee delivery and operations as the business scales its training provision and client offering.
Claire said: “I’m pleased to join Furza and support its work in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
“I’m looking forward to contributing to the team and developing strategies that deliver tangible results for our clients and candidates as businesses adopt more structured, long-term approaches to early-career sales recruitment.”
Claire’s appointment follows a record year for Furza, which saw triple-digit revenue growth and expanded its training programmes.
It also strengthens the firm’s leadership team as it continues to grow its presence across multiple sectors.
Furza chief executive Mark Rothwell added: “As Furza continues to grow, Claire has joined the senior management team to lead the recruitment function, driving delivery to meet increasing requirements in line with client demand and supporting the team to achieve strong results.
“We are incredibly pleased to welcome her to the team.
“Her extensive experience, expertise and leadership skills strengthen our ability to support clients in attracting and retaining top sales talent.
“Following record growth in 2025, her appointment is a key milestone which reflects the strong momentum of the business, and Claire will play a key role in driving our continued success.
“As we expand our operations and client base, including the recent opening of our London office, Claire will help ensure we remain at the forefront of the sales recruitment industry.”
