Neverland appoints head of strategy
London-based creative agency Neverland has appointed Bill Murphy as head of strategy following the promotion of Laura Kinzett to chief strategy officer.
Bill joined the agency in 2025 as group strategy director and has since played a key role in new business wins and client growth.
He brings experience from the TBWA network, where he worked on global campaigns for brands including Hilton, GSK and PepsiCo.
In his new role, Bill will support the development of Neverland’s strategy team and expand its brand strategy offering, working closely with Laura.
Bill said: “I couldn’t be more thrilled to join Laura and the team at Neverland.
“From my first day it was clear this is an agency unlike any other.
“It's entrepreneurial to the core, with an approach and attitude that drives us and our clients to always push harder and go further.
“Dream, Plan, Hustle.”
Laura added: “Bill is that perfect mix of deep cerebral thinker and joyful people person.
“Equally adept at analysing data and defining far reaching strategies as he is supporting our strategy team to grow and fly.
“I’m beyond excited for Bill and I to be leading the strategy team at Neverland together.”
