CCL Facades eyes £100 million growth push

A Yorkshire specialist contractor is targeting rapid growth as it strengthens its presence across regional construction markets.

CCL Facades, part of Wakefield-based Caddick Construction Group, is aiming for a £100 million pipeline across the North and Midlands following a period of rapid expansion.

Established in 2022, the business has quickly scaled its operations, achieving £9.6 million turnover in its first full year and forecasting continued growth to £16 million by 2025/26.

Its team has grown from nine to 29 employees, supporting delivery across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors.

To date, CCL Facades has completed 26 projects worth more than £40 million and currently has ten live schemes, alongside a pipeline of 22 projects.

Under the leadership of managing director Tony Blake, firm has also strengthened relationships with major contractors and expanded its reach, with the majority of turnover now generated from external clients.

Alongside project growth, CCL Facades continues to develop its specialist systems, expanding the reach of its patented A2-rated Speedpanel solution and aluminium alternative to reinforce its position in the façade market and support further expansion.

Tony said: “Our journey over the past three years has been one of transformation and growth.

“From a small, specialist team, we’ve built a dynamic, award-winning business delivering some of the most technically advanced façades in the UK.

“We’re proud to be strengthening our partnerships both within and beyond the Caddick Group, and our £100 million pipeline reflects the confidence our clients place in us.

“With an exceptional team and innovative solutions like Speedpanel, we’re perfectly positioned to continue this upward trajectory.”
