New platform aims to support modern leaders
A North East charity leader is launching a new membership to support people navigating pressure in their careers and personal lives.
Steph Edusei, chief executive of St Oswald’s Hospice, has introduced Leading Well, a platform designed to help individuals who feel they are falling behind in life or leadership.
The membership offers a mix of guidance, practical tools and peer support, helping users build confidence, manage self-doubt and redefine success on their own terms.
Drawing on her experience as a senior leader, author and podcast host, Steph has created a space focused on sustainable growth and wellbeing, encouraging a more balanced and realistic approach to leadership.
She said: “Too many of us quietly carry the feeling that they are behind.
“Behind in our careers, behind in life milestones or behind where we thought we would be.
“Leading Well is about changing that narrative and helping us lead with clarity, courage and self-compassion.”
The initiative comes at a time when many are reassessing priorities and expectations around success.
Open to people from all backgrounds, Leading Well aims to create a supportive community centred on personal development, resilience and purposeful leadership.
