AND Digital appoints US strategy chief
London and New York-based tech consultancy AND Digital has appointed Chris Hardy as chief for strategy and operations as it continues to expand in the US.
Chris will oversee operations, growth and client services across the region, helping to shape the company’s strategy in key sectors including financial services, travel and retail.
He previously served as vice president for AND Digital US and has played a key role in developing its presence across AI, data and digital transformation.
Chris’ appointment follows a period of rapid growth and a series of recent hires as the business continues to scale in North America.
He said: “It’s a particularly uncertain time for businesses, yet an exciting one, and technology will play a critical role in driving efficiency and helping to attract and retain customers.
“We’ve spent several years building the foundations for growth in the US, and our clients and partners have been instrumental to our success, so I’m looking forward to continuing the great work across AI, data, cloud platforms, and digital transformation to solve their greatest challenges and allow them to focus on what they do best.”
Mike Lee, US President at AND Digital, added: “Chris has been invaluable to our growth in the US market, crafting our market strategy and overseeing operations to maintain the highest level of service to our customers.
“Our continued growth reflects the wider demand for data-driven digital transformation across sectors, turning to tools such as AI, data, and cloud platforms to deliver value.
“Working with Chris and the AND Digital team, we are equipping businesses with the tech and expertise to realise measurable outcomes and drive growth.”
