Greencore Homes appoints head of planning
Bicester-based Greencore Homes has appointed Matthew Jeal as head of planning as it continues to drive forward its growth strategy.
Matthew joins from CALA Group, bringing extensive experience in planning strategy, land promotion and residential development.
He has held a number of senior roles across the sector, including director positions and head of planning roles at several housebuilders.
In his new role, he will support the delivery of sustainable housing projects as the business works towards its long-term growth ambitions.
Matthew said: “I’m excited to be joining Greencore Homes and contributing to the next phase of its growth.
“My focus will be on shaping and delivering a robust planning strategy for the business, working closely with local authorities and stakeholders to bring forward high-quality, policy-aligned developments.
