Perceptive Communicators expands team and earns award recognition
Specialist communications consultancy Perceptive Communicators has strengthened its team with two new hires as it celebrates a double award shortlist.
The Glasgow-based consultancy has appointed Anastasia Inverary as social media and digital marketing manager and Emma Lees as account executive.
Anastasia brings expertise in digital strategy and analytics-led campaigns, while Emma supports client communications with a focus on targeted messaging.
Perceptive has also been shortlisted for the Inspiring Workplaces Awards UK & Ireland 2026 and Supporting Organisation of the Year at the Homes for Scotland Awards.
The appointments and recognition come as Perceptive marks its 20th year in business and continues to grow its client base.
Julie Moulsdale, managing director of Perceptive Communicators, said: “Investing in our people is fundamental to delivering the high-quality, strategic communications our clients expect.
“Anastasia and Emma both bring valuable expertise and fresh perspectives to the team, further strengthening our ability to support clients in achieving their commercial goals.
“It is also fantastic to see our approach recognised through these award shortlists in our milestone 20th year.
“Being named a finalist in the Inspiring Workplaces Awards highlights our ongoing commitment to building a positive, high-performing culture, while our continued recognition from Homes for Scotland reflects the strength of our work within the built environment sector.”
