From ringside passion to global brand

A Blaydon-based creative entrepreneur has built an international business by turning a lifelong passion for wrestling into a thriving merchandise and design brand.

Wayne Dennison is the founder of Unforgettable Vision, a creative graphics and merchandise business working with entertainers, performers and organisations across the UK, Europe and North America.

The company provides design services ranging from promotional artwork to full merchandise lines, helping clients build their identity and connect with audiences. 

While now serving a wide range of industries, the business first gained traction within the wrestling world.

Self-taught in graphic design, Wayne developed his skills through experimentation, growing what began as a hobby into a professional venture. 

His persistence led to collaborations with high-profile wrestling figures, including WWE talent and international performers.

Wayne said: “I’ve always been a huge wrestling fan. 

“But I’ve also always been creative. 

“One day I decided to test the waters and started making designs for people for free just to see what would happen. 

“People liked my work, and that’s when I realised, I had a real skill that I’d taught myself.

“I never went to college for it, no one taught me. 

“I just learned by doing. 

“Eventually I thought it was time to chase this properly and see where it could go.”

Wayne added: “The UK wrestling scene isn’t as big as the American scene. 

“I started searching social media for wrestlers who were trying to break into the business. 

“I would create designs for them and send them over.

“If they liked it, we’d work together. 

“One person would introduce me to another, and the network just kept growing.”

“It was incredible seeing something I created used by someone at that level. 

“It gave me the confidence that I was heading in the right direction.”

Today, Unforgettable Vision works with clients across multiple countries, delivering bespoke apparel, branding and promotional materials from a North East base.

With demand continuing to grow, the business is expanding its reach beyond sport into broader entertainment and commercial sectors, as Wayne looks to build on early success and strengthen his international footprint.

Wayne added: “It’s grown much bigger than wrestling. 

“If someone wants personalised merchandise or help building their brand visually, I can design it.

“There are plenty of designers out there, but I’ve created a structure that’s quite unique in Europe. 

“It’s about connecting talent with professional branding and merchandise that helps them grow.”
