PPS cleans up with seven-figure council contract
A Yorkshire-based supply company is expanding its public sector footprint after securing a contract to support schools with essential hygiene products.
PPS has been awarded a seven-figure, three-year contract with Bolton Council to supply cleaning chemicals and consumables to around 90 schools across the borough.
Bosses say the agreement will see the company deliver a wide range of hygiene products, helping schools maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance.
PPS, which is based in York, will also provide dedicated account management and customer support to ensure a consistent and reliable service across all locations.
Jenny McGuckin, PPS sales director, said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded this contract with Bolton Council.
“We look forward to building a strong, long-term partnership, supporting schools with reliable supply, expert guidance, and products that help maintain the highest standards of hygiene.”
Jon Dyson, director of place at Bolton Council, added: “We are pleased to partner with PPS to support our schools.
“Their expertise and commitment to quality will play an important role in ensuring our sites are well supplied and able to maintain safe and hygienic environments for staff and pupils.”
