TravelMaster appoints Chapter II to raise profile
A Yorkshire-based travel ticketing provider is enhancing its marketing strategy with a new agency partnership.
TravelMaster has appointed Sheffield-based creative PR and marketing agency Chapter II to deliver strategic and creative support.
The collaboration will focus on raising awareness of TravelMaster’s integrated ticketing services across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, helping simplify and improve access to public transport.
TravelMaster works with local transport operators and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) to provide affordable, joined-up travel options across the region.
Allie Dransfield, head of agency at Chapter II, said: “TravelMaster is a strong strategic fit for Chapter II, reflecting our focus on supporting organisations that deliver meaningful regional impact.
“This partnership enables us to apply our integrated PR and marketing expertise to further strengthen TravelMaster’s market position and brand visibility.
“We look forward to working collaboratively to support their growth ambitions, enhance stakeholder engagement, and help communicate the value of their innovative, customer-focused ticketing solutions.”
John Henshall, general manager at TravelMaster, added: “As TravelMaster continues to grow and evolve, it was important for us to work with an agency that could help communicate the value we bring to customers across South Yorkshire effectively.
“This partnership comes at an exciting time for TravelMaster, and it will support us in raising awareness of the work we do as we continue to innovate our services for the future.”
