Agency secures housebuilder partnership
A North East estate agency is strengthening its position in the new homes market after securing a long-term partnership with a regional housebuilder.
My Property Box has been appointed by Darlington-based Bussey & Armstrong to lead marketing for future phases of its West Park Garden Village development.
Bussey & Armstrong, established in 1902, has a long-standing track record of delivering high-quality housing across Darlington, from historic developments to more recent sustainability-focused schemes.
Bosses say the agency will spearhead promotion of the award-winning scheme, combining digital campaigns with local market expertise to attract buyers as the development expands.
The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two firms, which began in 2016 when My Property Box supported lettings at the site.
Ben Quaintrell, chief executive of My Property Box, said: “We have worked alongside Bussey & Armstrong for several years, so this feels like a really positive step forward for both businesses.
“They build homes with attention to detail and long-term community in mind, and we want the sales and marketing to reflect that, making sure each development is represented both properly and effectively.”
Suzanne Douglas, sales executive at Bussey & Armstrong, added: “We wanted an agency that can elevate the visibility of our homes, and My Property Box demonstrated both digital capability and the local expertise we value.
“This partnership gives us confidence that our current and future schemes will continue to attract the right buyers and achieve strong sales performance.”
