Team Tactics secures B Corp certification

A Kent-based corporate events company has achieved certification recognising its social and environmental impact.

Team Tactics has been awarded B Corp Certification, joining a global community of businesses meeting high standards of sustainability, transparency and accountability.

The milestone comes amid rising demand for workplace volunteering and purpose-driven team building, with more organisations seeking meaningful employee experiences.

Founded in 1996, Team Tactics delivers corporate events and CSR-focused activities for major clients including Barclays, Visa and Google.

The company has supported a wide range of social initiatives, including donating bikes, prosthetic hands and essential items to those in need, as well as delivering community-focused projects. 

These include its ‘Feed the 500’ initiative, a large-scale charity cooking event bringing together businesses to prepare and distribute hundreds of meals to vulnerable people, alongside wider volunteering and social impact programmes.

The certification marks a significant step in formalising its commitment to creating positive impact, as the business continues to expand its reach in the growing market for purpose-led workplace engagement.
