Healthcare PR firm lands Hidden Hearing deal
A healthcare PR agency has strengthened its client book with a hearing loss organisation partnership.
Evergreen PR is supporting Hidden Hearing.
Officials say the alliance will deliver a national campaign focused on reversing hearing aid abandonment.
They add the Sheffield-based firm will develop messaging backed by a celebrity hearing aid user – who came close to abandoning her hearing aid – and a well-known TV doctor.
Maidstone-headquartered Hidden Hearing has more than 300 clinics across England, Scotland and Wales, and supports in excess of 100,000 customers every year.
Leigh Greenwood, Evergreen PR managing director, said: “For years, campaigns focusing on hearing loss have centred on a person’s journey up to getting the hearing aid.
“We’re focusing on the equally important issue of what happens afterwards, and how brilliant aftercare can help people adapt and get the benefits they deserve from their investment.”
Denise Crane, Hidden Hearing marketing manager, added: “Hearing aid abandonment is sadly too common.
“We want to reach people who are struggling with their device and show them that, with the right support, they can successfully adapt and enjoy improved hearing, health and quality of life.
“Evergreen PR’s approach, track record and meticulous focus on outcomes make it a brilliant partner.”
