Castle Blinds rolls out expansion plans
A Black Country home improvement firm has expanded its footprint with a move to larger premises to support continued growth.
Castle Blinds & Awnings has relocated to a new 10,500sq ft showroom and manufacturing facility in Brierley Hill, significantly increasing space from its previous 3400sq ft site.
The family-run business, founded in 1993 by Brian Jones and is now run by his children Amanda and Lee, specialises in made-to-measure blinds, shutters and awnings for both residential and commercial customers.
The new site on Little Cottage Street will sit alongside its existing showroom in Kingswinford, enhancing its production capacity and customer offering.
Brian said: “We’re excited to be opening our new showroom after searching for the right property for over ten years.
“The new premises provides us with ample space for a combined manufacturing base and a second showroom, and also gives us the space to showcase our full outdoor product range for the first time.”
The property deal was brokered by Birmingham-based Johnson Fellows.
Richard Bache, partner in the commercial agency team at Johnson Fellows, added: “It’s fantastic to see Brian and the team moving into their new showroom in Brierley Hill.
“This move reflects a strong period of growth for the business and we’re pleased to have supported the team in their search.”
