Eurofund appoints operations director
Pan-European real estate firm Eurofund Group has appointed Esther Galloway as operations director to support the growth of its UK Living division.
Esther brings extensive experience across mixed-use, build-to-rent and strategic development projects, having held senior roles at Prolo Procurement, MindMove and The Property Crew UK.
In her new role, she will oversee operational performance at the group’s co-living scheme in Kingston while supporting the expansion of its UK portfolio.
Esther appointment comes as Eurofund targets further acquisitions in the build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation and co-living sectors, reflecting its continued growth ambitions in the UK market.
Dan Sandford, chief executive of Eurofund Living, said: “With ambitions to grow our Living portfolio, it’s vital that we build strong operational performance across our assets to enhance both our systems and the occupier experience.
“Esther will bring valuable expertise to the team and will be integral to our future growth ambitions.”
