Greenpark announces senior promotions
London-based digital content agency Greenpark has promoted Chris Pearce, Sam Phillips-Grey and Sam Barker as it accelerates global growth and its AI-driven offering.
Chris steps into the role of group managing director, expanding his remit to include APAC alongside existing global responsibilities.
He said: “It’s great to continue leading the onward momentum of Greenpark as we scale globally, alongside such amazingly talented colleagues and clients.

Sam Phillips-Grey has been promoted to deputy managing director for EMEA and the US, overseeing regional performance and operations.
He added: “Having spent most of my career within the established creative-led agency network, it’s a delight and a pleasure to find myself rubbing shoulders with some real experts and lovely humans in the world of search and LLMs: a world very much stepping out of the sidelines and touching the core of modern brand marketing.

Meanwhile, Sam Barker takes on the newly created role of group partner for omnichannel search and insights, leading the development of the agency’s integrated search offering.
Sam added: “I’m incredibly excited to take this next step at a time when search is being completely redefined.
“Consumers are no longer discovering brands in one place, and the role of search now spans everything from social platforms to AI-generated answers and retail ecosystems.
“Our focus is on helping brands show up consistently and credibly across that entire journey, and building products that reflect where discovery is heading, not where it has been.”
The promotions reflect Greenpark’s continued expansion and focus on strengthening its global leadership team as it evolves its proposition across AI and digital discovery.
