Grey London appoints growth head
London-based marketing agency Grey London has appointed Alex Moser-Berridge as head of growth to drive new business and client expansion.
Alex joins from The Or, where she led business development, and previously held a business director role at Pablo London, working on major accounts including VisitBritain and P&O Cruises.
In her new role, she will focus on new client acquisition, support organic growth across existing accounts, and oversee agency communications while working closely with the leadership team.
Alex said: “Joining Jai, Helen and Tarek for the ‘Greynaissance’ has already been massively rewarding.
“There’s real momentum coming from the leadership team, particularly following Jai’s appointment, and I’m really enjoying helping to define how Grey is going to grow in the years to come.
“A big part of my role is about shining a light on the array of talent at Grey London and ensuring we’re telling a clear story about what makes us distinctive.
“Alongside driving new client relationships, we’re focused on building deeper partnerships with existing clients and leaning into the strength of the WPP network.”
Alex’s appointment reflects Grey London’s ambition to accelerate growth and strengthen its strategic and creative offering.
Jai Kotecha, chief executive of Grey London, added: “We’re thrilled to have Alex join us at such an exciting time for Grey London.
“She brings a rare mix of strategic insight and commercial instinct, along with a deep belief in the power of our people.
“As we shape the next chapter for the agency, Alex’s skills will play a key role in driving growth for both our clients and the business.”
