MaxContact appoints head of people
Manchester-based customer engagement software firm MaxContact has appointed Hannah Holmes as head of people to support its next phase of growth.
Hannah brings extensive experience working with leadership teams in fast-growth and transformation environments, aligning people strategy with commercial performance.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, including leadership development, organisational design, talent planning and performance frameworks, working closely with the senior leadership team.
Hannah said: “What really appealed to me about MaxContact was the ambition.
“There’s strong product capability, real market opportunity and most importantly, a chief executive who sees people and culture as a competitive advantage, not just a support function.”
Her appointment marks a key step for MaxContact as it strengthens its internal structure following a period of rapid growth driven by demand for its cloud-based contact centre solutions.
Ben Booth, chief executive at MaxContact, added: “Hannah has been a fantastic addition to the team.
“I’ve always been clear that we measure our long-term success on more than just our revenue and growth; our success metrics depend on having a happy, thriving team.
“That’s why we created the role for Hannah: we want to make sure we’re always prioritising our people.
“Her experience was the perfect fit for us, and we’re looking forward to moving forward and collaborating with Hannah to ensure that the whole team is working together collaboratively, ready for the future.”
