NXSYS appoints business development manager
Glasgow-based payroll technology firm NXSYS has appointed Beth Williams as business development manager as it expands into Ireland.
Beth joins the growing team to support client development, following increased demand from employers, agencies and accountants seeking more efficient payroll solutions.
In her new role, she will work with organisations navigating changes to payroll compliance, including new legislation impacting labour supply chains.
Beth said: “Businesses want reassurance that the systems they rely on are clear, compliant and easy to manage.
“Technology can play an important role in giving organisations confidence that processes are being handled correctly.”
Her appointment comes as NXSYS grows its headcount to 17 and launches its Ireland operation, marking a key step in its international expansion.
The move reflects the company’s continued growth as it scales its cloud-based payroll platform across the UK and new markets.
Founder and managing director Jim McBride added: “Payroll has traditionally been seen as an administrative function, but it has become far more strategic.
“As organisations grow, they often find legacy systems cannot keep up with the complexity of modern workforce structures.
“Having a connected system that provides visibility across the payroll process is increasingly important.
“The Ireland platform has been developed to support Irish businesses and accountants with automated onboarding, intelligent import mapping and connected employer and employee portals.”
