RG Corporate Finance announces promotions
North East-based corporate finance advisory firm RG Corporate Finance has promoted Tom Cosby to senior manager, with Andy Alexander and Conor Quinn stepping up to manager roles.
Tom joined the firm in 2018 and has played a key role in advising on transactions since moving into the corporate finance team.
Andy and Conor, who both joined in 2024, have supported a range of deals and client projects across multiple sectors.
The promotions reflect RGCF’s continued investment in developing talent as it expands its presence across the North East, Yorkshire and London.
Carl Swansbury, partner and head of corporate finance at RGCF, said: “These promotions are thoroughly deserved and reflect the quality of work and advice Tom, Andy and Conor continue to deliver to our clients.
“We are committed to recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals who can build long-term careers with RGCF.
“Our ability to attract high-quality people, and support their progression within the business, is central to our continued growth as a boutique corporate finance adviser.
“As activity levels continue to strengthen, having a team with the right experience, capability and ambition in place ensures we are well positioned to support our clients through every stage of the business lifecycle advising on fundraising and refinancing transactions , strategic acquisitions and disposals whether it be to a trade buyer, PE investor or management team in a MBO, MBI or EOT type transaction.”
