Tate Consulting appoints project manager

Yorkshire-based building services engineering practice Tate Consulting has appointed Stuart Fenwick as a project manager.

Stuart brings more than 40 years’ experience and will support the delivery of residential schemes across the UK.

Working across projects in cities including London, Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester, he will oversee construction phases and ensure quality and compliance.

Stuart said: “This is an opportunity to join a company with an unrivalled reputation when it comes to creating innovative MEP solutions that meet stringent ESG targets as well as ever-evolving legislation.

“It’s a challenging role working on-site in pioneering and landmark developments that often include hundreds of homes and are dozens of storeys high, in city centres throughout the UK, and that really appealed for the next stage of my career.”

Stuart’s appointment strengthens Tate Consulting’s capability as it continues to deliver large-scale residential developments.

Jim Lee, director at Tate Consulting, added: “Tate Consulting works across all sectors, throughout the UK and Europe, but we’re renowned for our experience on residential towers.

“We’re now working on some of the tallest residential buildings outside London, including developments in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester, delivering thousands of homes.

“These buildings face their own unique challenges in terms of sustainability, fire safety, building physics and lift systems.

“Stuart’s electrical knowledge and experience will ensure that we continue building on the high level of service and expertise that our clients rely on us for, so he’s a very welcome addition to our team.”
