Teesland Development Services expands leadership team

Leeds-based development management firm Teesland Development Services has strengthened its senior leadership team with Jon Anderson taking on an expanded dual role.

Alongside his position as project director at parent company Scarborough Group International, Jon will support the continued growth of the business, working closely with senior leadership across the group.

Jon joined SGI in 2021 and has played a key role in delivering major schemes across Yorkshire, including Sheffield Digital Campus, Steel City Stadium and Thorpe Park Leeds. 

He brings more than 25 years’ experience in the property and construction sector, including senior roles at Lambert Smith Hampton.

His expanded role reflects Teesland Development Services’ focus on growing its development management offering for third-party clients.
