Webtrends Optimize appoints customer success director
Surrey-based CRO SaaS firm Webtrends Optimize has appointed Samantha Bessant as customer success director to strengthen client partnerships.
Samantha joins the global business to lead a five-strong team across account management, support and onboarding, and is part of the senior management team.
She will focus on enhancing client value and delivering a scalable, high-quality customer experience.
The appointment follows a period of strong growth for Webtrends Optimize, which provides a cloud-based platform combining data and optimisation tools to improve digital performance.
Samantha’s role supports the company’s continued focus on client success as it expands its global customer base and product offering.
She said: “Joining Webtrends Optimize was an obvious choice for me.
“Their client base speaks volumes about the strength of the product and there was an incredibly clear synergy between my experience and the ambitions of the senior management team for customer success.”
Matt Smith, chief executive of Webtrends Optimize, added: “Samantha’s appointment marks another exciting moment in Webtrends Optimize’s history.
“Samantha’s previous experience working at Adimo, Poq and Artesian Solutions means she brings a wealth of talent and ideas, which we know will grow our business further and build on our recent achievements.”
