Hubexo relocates as Parker Knights expands services
Hubexo, a global construction technology company operating across 25 countries, five regions, and more than 40 office locations worldwide, has relocated its Newcastle office to One Trinity Gardens on the Newcastle Quayside.
Parker Knights has advised Hubexo on the relocation, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner in tenant representation.
Acting on behalf of Hubexo, Parker Knights delivered a full tenant representation service, securing a highly competitive package of terms on 14,000sq ft of Grade A office space at the Praxis owned building, providing both flexibility and long-term cost certainty.
This deal forms part of Parker Knights’ broader expansion of its tenant representation services, as more occupiers seek expert advice to navigate an increasingly complex office market.
Michael Downey, managing director at Parker Knights, said: “This deal underlines the momentum behind our occupier advisory and tenant representation services.
“It’s no longer just about finding the right space in a market of limited supply; it’s about structuring the right deal for our clients.
“Securing a strong package of commercial terms within a Grade A building ensures Hubexo is set up for long-term success.”
Pamela Jowsey, facilities manager at Hubexo (UK and Ireland), added: “Parker Knights provided clear, strategic advice throughout.
“The result is a high-quality workspace, backed by a deal structure that supports our future growth and operational needs.”
The new workspace will serve as one of Hubexo’s core Hub locations for software delivery and regional operations.
The transaction highlights increasing demand from occupiers for Grade A space combined with expert advisory, as Parker Knights continues to expand its tenant representation offer across the market.
Adept Building Consultancy advised on the fit-out, while Hay & Kilner advised Hubexo on the legal aspects of the transaction.
