Agency marks milestone with rebrand push
A Leeds-based media agency is building on early success with a rebrand, relocation and team expansion.
Invested is marking its two-year milestone after achieving 40 per cent year-on-year gross profit growth, alongside growing its client base and capabilities.
Founded in 2024 by Chris Quinn and Will Hughes, the independent agency has expanded its team to six with two new hires, with further recruitment planned.
It has also relocated to Yorkshire House in Leeds city centre.
Chris said: “We’ve found our niche over the last two years working with clients and partner agencies that are keen to push beyond the limitations of Google and Meta.
“We’ve proved that there’s space in the market for a genuinely strategic, independent media partner.
“We’ve focused on being trusted advisors rather than transactional buyers, and having the capability to deliver on the performance side, but with the know-how and tools to move into undervalued channels with confidence, has given us (and our clients) an edge.
“The rebrand reflects where we are now – more established, more confident and clear on the value we bring.”
The agency worked with 23 clients in 2025, including 13 retained brands, and continues to support businesses looking to scale their media strategies beyond traditional silos.
Invested is also developing its own proprietary tools to support planning and performance, helping clients make more informed decisions using data-led insights.
Will added: “Scaling for scaling’s sake was never part of our plan – for us, it’s not size at any cost.
“We want to enjoy the work we take on and build a team of senior talent who love what they do and who feel valued. So many brilliant operators hit board level at a big agency and then find themselves stuck managing, and missing the doing.
“We wanted to empower senior media people to continue to do great work, without feeling like they were having to stifle their ambitions, or fail to reap the rewards.
“Our brand may have been updated but our mission hasn’t changed – it’s still to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients while fostering an environment where our team members feel empowered to produce their best work.”
