Profitroom strengthens UK team
Hospitality technology firm Profitroom has appointed Samir Bartake as senior business development manager and Sammy Lindstone as customer success manager, alongside promoting Michael Jones to regional revenue services manager.
Samir joins from SiteMinder and Trip.com and will lead new business across the UK and Ireland, supporting hotels to grow direct bookings.
He said: “I was drawn to Profitroom because of its partnership-led approach.
“Having worked in hotels, I know first-hand how important relationships and trust are in this industry and I wanted to return to that environment in a role focused on long-term growth.
“It’s an exciting time for the market, with major shifts happening in AI and search visibility, and how independent and boutique hotels position themselves digitally.
“I’m eager to contribute to growth across the UK and Ireland at Profitroom, working with a strong portfolio of resorts, hotels and hotel groups across the region.”
Sammy will focus on client support, ensuring partners maximise value from the platform.
Michael, meanwhile, steps into his new role to support hotel partners with revenue strategy and performance.
The appointments reflect Profitroom’s continued investment in its UK and Ireland team as it expands its offering to hospitality businesses.
Patryk Luszcz, UK regional director at Profitroom, added: “We are expanding our presence throughout the UK and Ireland to support standout boutique and heritage properties, helping them compete more effectively and grow direct revenue.
“Samir brings strong sector experience and a practical understanding of day-to-day hotel operations.
“That combination will add real value as we continue to grow across these regions.”
