Bradley Hall appoints property manager

Newcastle-headquartered property consultancy Bradley Hall has appointed Rish Rahane as senior block and estate property manager as it expands its property management offering.

Rish joins after six years in London, where he managed portfolios of high-end residential and mixed-use developments. 

He brings experience in service charge management, maintenance coordination and compliance across large-scale assets.

In his new role, he will support landlords, freeholders and residents across the firm’s growing portfolio.

“The business has built a strong reputation for delivering expert advice across a wide range of property services, and I’m looking forward to helping grow the property management offering further.

“Additionally, working closely with colleagues across valuations, building surveying and asset management will allow us to offer a joined-up approach for clients across the region.”

Rish’s appointment also marks the launch of Bradley Hall’s residential block and estate management department, reflecting continued investment in specialist services as the business expands nationwide.
