Node4 appoints chief executive and chair

Derby-based technology firm Node4 has appointed Neil Muller as group chief executive officer and Patrick De Smedt as non-executive chair to support its next phase of growth.

Neil brings extensive experience leading technology services businesses, having previously served as chief executive of Digital Space and Daisy Group, and held senior roles at Computacenter. 

He will focus on strengthening strategy and scaling the company’s managed services and AI-led solutions.

Patrick joins as chair with a strong track record across listed technology businesses, providing strategic oversight and governance.

Their appointments reflect Node4’s continued investment in leadership as it expands its platform and supports customers with advanced technology solutions.
