Robertson appoints RFM chief executive
Stirling-based construction and infrastructure firm Robertson Group has appointed Adrian Mole as chief executive of its rebranded facilities management business, RFM.
Adrian has been with the business for eight years, most recently serving as executive managing director of Robertson Facilities Management.
He brings more than 30 years’ industry experience, having led major contract wins and supported UK-wide expansion.
In his new role, he will oversee the next phase of RFM’s development, including growth across hard and soft FM services and expansion into energy management and decarbonisation.
Adrian said: “The facilities management industry is constantly evolving, presenting both opportunities and challenges.
“By remaining committed to embracing innovation, adopting new technologies and developing long-term partnerships, we will continue to meet the changing demands to ensure sustainable growth.
“I’m proud to play a key role in this next chapter, where our focus remains on delivering service excellence for our clients across existing and new geographies.”
Adrian’s appointment follows the rebrand of the division as part of Robertson Group’s wider business strategy.
Elliot Robertson, chief executive of Robertson Group, added: “RFM has been established as part of the next stage of evolution for Robertson Group as it celebrates 60 years of successful trading.
“Over the last eight years, Adrian’s leadership has been central to the organic growth of our facilities management offering and in helping establish the new brand.
“RFM will further enhance its presence across UK markets by creating efficiencies for clients in both the public and private sectors.”
