S I Sealy restructures leadership team

Bredbury-based decarbonisation and building services design consultancy S I Sealy has restructured its leadership team with a series of senior promotions to support future growth.

The firm has created a new senior leadership team, promoting Mike Robinson, Adrian Bill, Ged Williams, Saeed Amirahmadi and Ben Rathbone to associate director roles.

In addition, Matthew Pickford has been appointed company director.

The changes follow a recent management buy-out and mark the next stage in the firm’s strategy as it prepares to expand its operations.

Managing director Daniel Madden said: “During the last year we have secured our position as one of the leading decarbonisation and building services design consultancies, providing high quality advice, designs and service to our clients.  

“Our strategy is now about securing sustainable growth. 

“I have worked alongside Matthew Pickford for 22 years.  

“So, I am really pleased that he has joined me as a company director, to help steer the business to deliver real growth from our current core sectors such as healthcare and education where we are market leaders, and secure additional growth from other sectors such as commercial, leisure, industrial, residential, data centres and digital-led services such as digital twins.

“We will be supported by our highly skilled and experienced senior leadership team who will take responsibility for our day-to-day operations and client retention. 

“Embracing AI to optimise productivity, our engineers will continue to deliver great designs on time and to budget for all of our clients.  

“Since our formation in 1949, we have focused on nurturing and developing our own talent.  

“To be able to appoint a senior leadership team with the right skills from within our business, is a testament to this approach.

“I am grateful to our team and clients for their continual support, which has brought us to this point, and I look forward to the next stage of the development of our business.”
