S&W bolsters tax valuations team in London
Professional services firm S&W has appointed Pavan Singh as partner specialising in tax valuations.
Pavan brings more than 25 years’ experience advising on tax valuations, working with high net worth individuals, private equity firms and corporate clients.
She joins from Eight Advisory , where she established its tax valuation practice, and previously led the team at KPMG.
In her new role, Pavan, who will be based in the firm’s London office, will work closely with advisory and tax teams to strengthen the firm’s valuations and modelling capability.
Pavan said: “S&W has a strong heritage in tax, combined with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset that allows the firm to evolve alongside its clients and the market.
“The opportunity to join the leadership team within the valuations and modelling team and help create a clear market differentiator was a compelling one.
“A culture of collaboration and shared expertise ultimately delivers the best outcomes for clients.”
Pavan’s appointment supports S&W’s continued growth as it expands its specialist offering in London.
Olivier Pecon, head of valuations and modelling at S&W, added: “I am delighted to welcome Pavan to the team.
“We have seen sustained growth over the past five years and now have a 45‑strong team.
“Pavan’s depth of experience in tax valuations will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our offering for a growing UK and international client base.
“Her arrival follows our recent expansion in Europe, our investment in intellectual property valuation, and the recruitment of several senior tax partners, further strengthening S&W’s tax expertise and capability both in the UK and internationally.”
