Sybron to relocate to new Harlow base
An Essex-based supplier of cleaning, hygiene and catering products to the hospitality sector is expanding its operations with a new headquarters to support growth and improve efficiency.
Sybron has announced it will relocate to a new head office and distribution centre at ICON Harlow in August, moving from its existing base at Crammond Park in Lovet Road.
The move follows a management buyout last year and continued investment in its logistics network.
Bosses say the new 70,000sq ft facility on Third Avenue will combine office and warehouse space, featuring a two-storey Grade A office, enhanced storage capacity and improved loading infrastructure designed to streamline operations.
Built with sustainability in mind, the site will also include LED lighting, air-source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and solar panel capability.
Bradley Henwood, Sybron’s operations director, said: “We’re delighted to share this very exciting news.
“This is a huge moment for Sybron, reflecting the hard work, commitment and growth achieved by the whole team.
“We’re genuinely excited about what this next chapter will bring.”
The relocation builds on the opening of Sybron’s second distribution centre in Stafford, which has strengthened delivery coverage and service levels across key UK cities.
George Mason, sales and marketing director at Sybron, added: “Our strategy of controlled growth remains on target.
“The new facility gives Sybron the space to grow, provides flexibility and allows us to take the business where we want to go in the next ten to 15 years.
“From a customer perspective, the new HQ allows increased bulk ordering and the opportunity to explore expanding our products and services.
“It also signals a great move for staff too, offering scope to develop new skills and for more individual progression.”
