Aurrigo strengthens airport operations leadership
Autonomous vehicle specialist Aurrigo International has appointed Mark Gower as director of global airport operations to support its next phase of growth.
Mark brings more than 25 years’ aviation experience, most recently serving as managing director of Gatwick Ground Services.
He has also held senior roles at Aviator Airport Alliance, overseeing large-scale operations across the UK.
In his new role, he will lead global airport operations as the business moves from trials to scaled commercial deployment of its autonomous solutions.
Mark said: “Aurrigo has already made strong progress in getting its technology into live airport operations.
“I’m joining at a point where there’s a clear opportunity to build consistency and scale from that foundation, and I’m looking forward to being part of that next stage of the journey.”
Mark’s appointment comes as Aurrigo ramps up production at its new Coventry manufacturing hub, supporting continued expansion across international markets.
Professor David Keene MBE, chief executive of Aurrigo International, added: “We are very pleased to welcome Mark to Aurrigo.
“His background in large-scale airport operations and delivery will be a strong addition to the team, as we continue to build momentum and move towards a more structured and scalable approach across our deployment programme.”
