SatVu strengthens leadership team
Space technology firm SatVu, based in London, has appointed Hanna Steplewska and Matthew Harrison as it accelerates growth following the successful launch of HotSat-2.
Hanna joins as vice president of sales, bringing extensive experience across the Earth observation sector, while Matthew has been appointed vice president of US operations and programmes to drive expansion in North America.
In their new roles, they will support commercial growth and help scale the company’s thermal intelligence capabilities across global markets.
Their appointments come as SatVu prepares for further expansion, with additional satellite launches planned and continued investment in its technology and operations.
Anthony Baker, chief executive of SatVu, said: “With HotSat-2 now operational, our focus is firmly on delivering our unique activity intelligence to customers all around the world.
“Hanna and Matt bring the experience we need to build meaningful relationships with customers who are looking for activity data to support decisions.
“Everything we are doing is about moving our customers closer to what is actually happening on the ground.
“With additional satellites, enhanced delivery capabilities and the right team in place, we are building a service that becomes essential to how organisations make critical decisions.”
