Proludic unveils new ‘Play Hub’ headquarters
A Nottinghamshire play and sports specialist has completed a headquarters refurbishment.
Proludic UK has unveiled its newly transformed ‘Play Hub’ headquarters in Bunny, near Nottingham, following significant investment in the workspace.
The firm, which relocated to Bunny from West Bridgford in 2016, forms part of a global group responsible for more than 120,000 play and sports installations worldwide.
The refurbished site serves as the central base for teams delivering outdoor play and sports projects across the UK for local authorities, developers, leisure providers and charities.
Designed with employee feedback in mind, the updated headquarters features open-plan working areas, co-working spaces, upgraded meeting rooms and informal breakout zones.
The redesign also includes playful features reflecting the company’s brand identity, including a swing in reception and a shuffleboard table.
Sustainability formed a key part of the project, with recycled materials, energy-efficient lighting and furniture created from repurposed CDs incorporated throughout the space.
Proludic’s managing director Rob Baker said: “This investment reflects our commitment to creating a modern environment where our team can thrive, collaborate, and continue delivering exceptional spaces for communities across the UK.”
The refurbished headquarters, which was delivered by East Midlands interior specialist We Are Spaces, was officially opened by Philippe Le Poupon, vice chairman of Proludic, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by employees.
He said at the opening ceremony: “This Play Hub captures the global spirit of Proludic, encouraging our teams to be happy, innovative and creative, to shape the future of play.”
