Azets strengthens North East teams with four hires
Accountancy and advisory firm Azets has strengthened its audit and tax capabilities in the North East with four new appointments.
Yasmin Bambrough has joined as audit senior and Rebecca Hutton as audit associate, both based in the firm’s Teesside office.
Meanwhile, Stuart Stephenson has been appointed corporate tax director and Jonathan Kennedy joins as R&D associate director, operating from Newcastle.
The appointments come alongside the promotion of Daniel Ward to director, audit and assurance, and follow a wider round of promotions across Azets’ North East offices last year.
Brian Laidlaw, partner and head of North East at Azets, said: “Yasmin, Rebecca, Stuart and Jonathan join us at an exciting time for the business as we continue to grow clients amid increasing compliance demands for SMEs and individuals here in the North East.
“Azets provides independent insights that bolster compliance, governance and long-term growth.
“Our team of experienced professionals combine technical expertise, sector knowledge and technology-enabled processes to deliver high-quality auditing services that go beyond compliance, providing practical insights that clients can act on.”
