Newsteer launches flex advisory division
Real estate advisory firm Newsteer has launched a dedicated flexible workspace advisory service with the appointment of Jordan Saleh as head of flex – UK.
Jordan joins from CBRE, where he led its northern flex advisory offering, and previously spent seven years at WeWork as leasing director.
In his new role, he will work alongside Newsteer’s occupier advisory team to support businesses with flexible workspace strategies across the UK.
Jordan said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Newsteer at such a pivotal moment for the flex market.
“There is a clear opportunity to build something genuinely differentiated, combining deep market expertise with a highly client-focused approach.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients and to grow a market-leading flex advisory business.”
The launch reflects Newsteer’s expansion into the growing flex workspace market as demand continues to evolve across the commercial property sector.
Alastair Crowdy, managing director at Newsteer, added: “Flexible workspace is no longer a niche product, it is a core component of modern real estate strategy.
“Jordan’s appointment reflects our commitment to building a best-in-class advisory offer in this space.
“His track record, market knowledge, and energy make him the ideal person to lead this new business line.”
