Addleshaw Goddard bolsters Manchester real estate team
Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Miles Sinclair as partner within its Manchester real estate practice, continuing the firm’s recent expansion in the city.
Miles joins from DWF, where he became partner in 2024, and brings experience advising on high-value investment and development transactions across sectors including build-to-rent, residential development and social infrastructure.
His appointment follows the recent arrivals of Kirsty Black and Kirsty Chalkey as the firm continues to strengthen its real estate offering in Manchester.
Miles said: “It is an absolute honour to be joining Addleshaw Goddard, a firm with a peerless reputation for quality and a clear ambition for growth.
“It is such an exciting time for the firm, which continues to go from strength to strength.
“I am delighted to be joining at such a pivotal stage in its journey, and I look forward to working with colleagues and clients as it continues to build on its impressive momentum.”
The move further enhances Addleshaw Goddard’s capability in complex development and investment work as demand continues across key growth sectors.
Iain Hindhaugh, head of transactional real estate at Addleshaw Goddard, added: “Miles’s arrival is a fantastic addition to our Manchester real estate team and reflects our continued focus on building strength in key regional markets.
“He brings deep technical expertise and a strong commercial mindset, particularly across development and investment work in high‑growth sectors, and will play an important role as we continue to grow and support our clients on increasingly complex transactions.”
