Totalmobile appoints public sector managing director
Field service management software provider Totalmobile, headquartered in Belfast, has appointed Ricky Moore as managing director for its public sector division.
Ricky brings more than 20 years’ experience with the Belfast-headquartered business, having worked across support, delivery and commercial roles throughout his career.
Most recently, he played a key role in leading Totalmobile’s public sector sales operations across the UK and Ireland, supporting organisations spanning local government, healthcare and emergency services.
Ricky said: “I’ve worked across the public sector for many years now, and I know firsthand the realities and challenges facing our customers and frontline teams.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to work closely with our customers, building on those strong foundations we already have in place, and ensuring we deliver practical solutions that make a meaningful difference to day-to-day service delivery.”
Ricky’s appointment supports Totalmobile’s sector-focused growth strategy, with dedicated leadership teams across its public sector, housing, and commercial and infrastructure divisions.
Chris Haggis, chief operations officer at Totalmobile, added: “Ricky’s experience across the business, combined with his long-standing relationships in the public sector, makes him ideally placed to take on this role.
“He understands both the operational challenges our customers face and how technology can be applied in a way that delivers real, measurable impact.”
