RWO eyes further growth amid turnover rise
An engineering consultancy says the “future is extremely positive” after surpassing £5 million in annual turnover.
RWO, which provides civil, structural and geoenvironmental engineering services, has reported revenue growth of more than 30 per cent in FY2026.
Bosses at the firm, which operates from offices in Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol, London and Stokesley, say increased opportunities in residential, commercial, geoenvironmental and mission-critical sectors have driven performance across the company.
RWO is now aiming for a further 20 per cent growth over the next year as new contracts continue to be secured, particularly within data centre construction and AI infrastructure projects.
Managing director Ross Oakley said: “I believe the future is extremely positive for the company and we look forward to developing further the range and quality of the services we offer and supporting our clients as they too invest in developing their operations.”
The firm currently employs 50 staff and works with developers and contractors including Black & White Engineering, RED Engineering, Castle, Vistry, Karbon Homes, Banks Group, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes, Keepmoat Homes and Barratt Developments.
Recent projects include supporting the delivery of a multi-billion-pound data centre campus in Scotland.
RWO is also a founding member of the North East Data Centre Hub, an initiative focused on strengthening regional engineering and digital supply chains linked to emerging data centre developments.
Ross added: “We have in place a growth strategy for the business and several strategic partnerships, which will help progress the business further and bring even greater opportunities.
“I’m already extremely proud of what RWO has become and look forward to us achieving even more success in the future.”
