Sportswear firm sprints on with warehouse move
A sportswear distribution firm has expanded with a warehouse move.
Topgrade Sportswear has switched to an 80,000sq ft unit at Indurent Trident Business Park, on the outskirts of Warrington.
The operator – part of retailer Frasers Group – has signed a ten-year lease on the site, which supersedes smaller premises in the Cheshire town.
Rob Richardson, Indurent development director, said: “Welcoming Topgrade Sportswear to Trident Business Park reflects continued strong demand for modern logistics space across prime North West locations.
“The park provides Topgrade with scale, best-in-class specification and connectivity.
“We are pleased to support the business’ next phase of growth.”
DTRE acted for Indurent on the deal, with BC Real Estate supporting Topgrade Sportswear.
