Waste tech specialist doubles turnover again
A Lancashire-based waste management and technology specialist has continued its rapid growth after doubling turnover for the fourth consecutive year.
Envirovue reported a 100 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue during the 2025/26 financial year as demand grows for tech-led waste management solutions.
The company expanded its customer base by supporting 50 additional businesses across the UK with data-driven waste and sustainability services.
Bosses say the growth reflects a wider industry shift, with larger organisations increasingly moving away from traditional waste management models in favour of more transparent and technology-enabled approaches.
Daniel Redfern, director at Envirovue, said: “The past year has been a big one for us.
“We’ve doubled turnover again without scaling headcount in the traditional way, which really shows how powerful a tech-led model can be in an industry that’s long overdue for change.”
During the past year, Envirovue also received an Innovation in Industry award from Green Expo, recognising its work in net-zero and renewable energy innovation.
The Lancashire firm is continuing to develop new digital solutions, including testing what it describes as an ‘Uber for waste’ model aimed at modernising waste collection and management across complex supply chains.
Envirovue plans to roll out the new platform later this year as it continues to scale operations nationwide.
Daniel added: “At Envirovue, we’re proud to create impact and value across the entire industry.
“As larger organisations look for more transparent, efficient and sustainable ways to manage waste, we connect them with SMEs in our network, giving smaller businesses access to opportunities with major organisations that might otherwise be out of reach.
“Our growth isn’t about adding more people and projects, it’s about using technology to scale smarter, move faster and deliver consistently high standards.
“With new customers across major manufacturing and utilities, we’re focused on becoming the go-to partner for smarter, more sustainable waste management.”
