Breck Homes strengthens Yorkshire team
Northern property developer Breck Homes has appointed Steven Graham as senior land manager as it continues to expand its Yorkshire operations.
Based at the company’s Leeds office, Steven joins from Yorkstone Homes and brings extensive experience across land acquisition, planning and partnership housing delivery.
His role will focus on identifying and securing land opportunities for affordable housing developments across Yorkshire, working with housing associations and local authorities.
Steven previously held senior roles with Persimmon Homes, Keepmoat Group, Countryside and Rouse Homes.
He said: “Breck has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality developments and working collaboratively with its partners.
“The business has a strong management team and ambitious growth plans, so it’s an exciting time to be joining.
“I’m looking forward to playing my part in growing Breck’s Yorkshire presence and working with our partners to deliver much needed new homes across the county.”
Nigel Robson, regional managing director (Yorkshire) at Breck Homes, added: “Steven’s appointment is another important step in the growth of our Yorkshire region as we build our presence from our Leeds office and progress new opportunities across the county.
“Securing the right land in the right locations is vital to our ability to deliver high-quality affordable housing and improve communities.
“Steven brings exactly the type of experience, partnership approach and personal skills we need to expand our pipeline and work closely with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much-needed homes.
“Breck has ambitious plans in Yorkshire and Steven will play a key role in bringing sites forward that support our growth.”
