Inntelo AI appoints CFO for North America expansion
UK-based AI hospitality platform Inntelo AI, headquartered in London, has appointed Ali Hassan as chief financial officer and director for North America as the business expands into the US and Canadian markets.
Ali joins from Bank of America Securities in London, where he served as director in global investment banking, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across finance, investment and technology growth.
He will work alongside founder and chief executive Asif Alidina to support Inntelo AI’s international expansion strategy as the company scales its hospitality technology platform across North America.
Ali said: “The North American market represents a significant opportunity for Inntelo AI.
“There is strong demand for technology that can help operators manage complexity while maintaining high service standards, and the platform is well positioned to deliver that.
“I’m excited to be working alongside Asif to lead this next phase of growth and to support the company’s continued international expansion.”
Ali’s appointment follows continued global growth for Inntelo AI, whose AI-powered hotel operations platform is already used across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Asif Alidina, founder and chief executive of Inntelo AI, added: “We are seeing an incredible response from the global hospitality market to our AI-native approach to guest engagement and hotel operations.
“Hotels are increasingly looking beyond standalone AI tools and toward platforms that can unify guest communication, operational workflows, personalisation, and real-time data intelligence in one stack.
“North America is a hugely important market for us and a natural next step in our growth.
“We’re delighted to have Ali joining the team, where his background in finance, transactions, and scaling businesses will help us establish a strong long-term foundation across the US and Canada.”
