Ramboll appoints head of buildings advisory
Global engineering and sustainability consultancy Ramboll has appointed Phil Kelly as head of department for buildings advisory and consultancy for the UK and Ireland.
Based in the firm’s Leeds office, Phil returns to Ramboll after previously leading its sustainable solutions and sustainability teams between 2019 and 2023.
A specialist in decarbonisation, net-zero and circularity, he brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex sustainability and building performance projects across the UK.
His project experience includes major developments such as The Ray Dolby Centre at the Cavendish Laboratory, Oxford North and Cambridge Children’s Hospital, alongside work with organisations including the World Green Building Council.
Phil said: “It’s fantastic to be back at Ramboll, whose focus and dedication to promoting sustainability and excellence aligns with my own.
“I’m excited to be championing the partner for sustainable change vision to our existing clients, as well as sharing this vision with new ones by growing the business’ advisory and consultancy business in buildings.”
